At BJJ Graphics, every product is created with attention to detail and quality. Because many of our products are custom-made, we have established the following return policy.
Custom Products
Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, including but not limited to:
Custom Team Apparel
Rash Guards
Gis
Fight Shorts
Jerseys
Hoodies
Custom Shirts
Vehicle Wraps
Decals
Banners
Promotional Products
All custom-made products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please carefully review all artwork, sizing, colors, spelling, and order details before approving production.
Stock (Non-Custom) Products
Non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are:
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Once reviewed, we will gladly:
Size Exchanges
For stock apparel only, exchanges may be available for different sizes if inventory permits.
Custom apparel cannot be exchanged for sizing issues unless the garment was manufactured incorrectly.
We strongly recommend checking our sizing charts before ordering.
Artwork Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing all proofs before production begins.
BJJ Graphics is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer, including:
Spelling
Names
Numbers
Colors
Logos
Placement
Sizing of artwork
Color Variations
Actual printed colors may vary slightly from what appears on computer monitors or mobile devices due to differences in screen calibration and printing processes.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before production has started.
Once artwork has been approved and production begins, the order cannot be canceled.
Custom artwork and design fees are non-refundable.
Shipping Issues
BJJ Graphics is not responsible for delays caused by:

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned product has been inspected.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
